Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This Modern Slavery Statement is made on behalf of Investments Key Limited (“Investments Key”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the steps taken during the financial year ending 31 March 2024 to identify, assess, and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.

2. About Investments Key Limited

Investments Key Limited is a leading investment and property management company based in the UK, with our head office located at:
14th Floor, 25 Cabot Square, Spaces, London, E14 4QZ, United Kingdom.

We operate across multiple regions, delivering a range of professional services in investment management, property management, and advisory. Our reputation is built on integrity, professionalism, and compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.

3. Our Commitment

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking in any form. Our business is founded on respect for human rights, ethical operations, and transparent supply chain management. We require our employees, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to uphold the same high standards.

4. Organisational Structure and Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes a range of contractors, consultants, service providers, and product suppliers who are critical to delivering our services. This includes property service providers, technology vendors, facilities management teams, and professional advisers.

For the purposes of this Statement, a supplier refers to any individual or company providing goods or services directly or indirectly to Investments Key Limited.

5. Our Approach to Combating Modern Slavery

We acknowledge the possibility, however small, that modern slavery risks may arise within any supply chain. Our approach focuses on prevention, detection, and immediate action through:

  • Rigorous due diligence processes for all suppliers
  • Clear contractual ethical standards requirements
  • Ongoing supplier engagement and monitoring
  • Promoting transparency throughout our operations

6. Supporting Policies

We maintain and regularly review internal policies that reinforce our anti-slavery commitments, including:

  • Responsible Procurement Policy
  • Ethical and Environmental Standards
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

All policies are approved by senior management and communicated across the organisation.

7. Due Diligence and Supplier Management

Before engagement, suppliers are subject to due diligence checks which include:

  • Reviewing anti-slavery and human rights policies
  • Requiring confirmation that there are no instances of modern slavery within their operations or supply chains
  • Assessing ethical, environmental, and operational compliance

We maintain open channels for ongoing supplier communication to ensure high standards are upheld.

8. Risk Assessment and Management

While our primary operations are in lower-risk service sectors, we recognise potential higher risks in certain areas such as facilities management and maintenance services. These suppliers are closely monitored to ensure adherence to our anti-slavery standards.

9. Actions Taken During 2023

In the last financial year, we have:

  • Issued updated procurement and ethical standards to all suppliers
  • Delivered modern slavery awareness training to employees
  • Maintained a confidential whistleblowing hotline for employees and suppliers
  • Strengthened supplier compliance review processes

10. Future Commitments

Looking ahead, we will:

  • Launch a Supply Chain Sustainability webpage for greater transparency
  • Publish a Supply Chain Charter setting out ethical expectations
  • Implement a dedicated Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy for employees, partners, and suppliers
  • Continue regular reviews and enhancements of all relevant company policies

11. Approval

This Statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Investments Key Limited on 11 August 2025 and applies to the financial year 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
