We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. This crucial role will focus on driving client engagement, delivering expert advice, and managing end-to-end property transactions for our valued investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to international investors on property acquisitions, including market insights, financial planning, and legal compliance across the UK, UAE, and India.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Offer tailored solutions that align with clients’ investment goals and financial circumstances.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of property transactions, from sourcing properties to closing deals.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with UK and international property laws.
- Facilitate the documentation process, including registrations, tax planning, and financial arrangements.
- Work closely with prestigious partners such as Barratt Homes (UK), Danube Properties (UAE), and Godrej Properties (India) to present the best opportunities to clients.
- Represent Investments Key Limited in meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our global partnerships.
- Address client queries efficiently, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the investment process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in property consultancy, real estate advisory, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK, UAE, and Indian property markets, including trends, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, particularly for high-net- worth international clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in market research and financial planning tools.
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
