We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. This crucial role will focus on driving client engagement, delivering expert advice, and managing end-to-end property transactions for our valued investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to international investors on property acquisitions, including market insights, financial planning, and legal compliance across the UK, UAE, and India.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
• Offer tailored solutions that align with clients’ investment goals and financial circumstances.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of property transactions, from sourcing properties to closing deals.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with UK and international property laws.
• Facilitate the documentation process, including registrations, tax planning, and financial arrangements.
• Work closely with prestigious partners such as Barratt Homes (UK), Danube Properties (UAE), and Godrej Properties (India) to present the best opportunities to clients.
• Represent Investments Key Limited in meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our global partnerships.
• Address client queries efficiently, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the investment process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in property consultancy, real estate advisory, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK, UAE, and Indian property markets, including trends, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, particularly for high-net- worth international clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in market research and financial planning tools.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

Role Description: 

•  This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing Manager based in the London area, United Kingdom. The Marketing Manager Intern will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness. Additional tasks include creating engaging content aligned with business objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The role will require collaboration with the sales and investment advisory teams to align marketing efforts with the company's goals.

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Ability to run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
• Skilled in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio)
• Ability to interpret marketing dashboards and track KPIs, ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics
• Experience using marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and segmentation
• Capable of creating and managing landing pages and website content (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Understanding of PROP-TECH platforms and digital real estate tools (added advantage)
• Ability to work with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite – preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and user journey analysis
• Ability to coordinate with tech teams to improve UI/UX and digital experience
• Competence in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Sheets, or BI tools

Educational Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Preferred professional certifications such as,
• CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
• MBA (Marketing / International Business)
• CFA (Level I/II)
• ACCA
• Any relevant business, finance, or marketing qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or any equivalent discipline
• Strong academic performance from a reputable UK or international institution
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Analytics, or Content Strategy are an advantage
• Familiarity with international business environments and global marketing principles is preferred
• Experience in the UK based marketing domains and engagements
